Measure elapsed time from zero
A count up timer starts at zero and adds time until you pause it. It is useful for rehearsals, practice tasks and other activities with no fixed duration.
Lap readings record the total elapsed time at each press. They are cumulative readings, not separate lap durations. Export them when you need a record outside the page.
How to use this tool
- Press Start when the task begins.
- Press Lap to save an elapsed reading.
- Pause to hold the clock, then export laps or reset.
Example
If you press Lap at 30 seconds and again at 75 seconds, the saved readings are 30 and 75 seconds. The time between those readings is 45 seconds.
Common questions
Does pausing add to elapsed time?
No. The timer holds its reading while paused and continues from that value when you resume.
