Example
A project with 40 budgeted hours and 25 used has 15 hours left. At an hourly cost of 50, the budget is 2,000 and the actual cost is 1,250.
Common questions
What if I have no budgeted hours?
With zero budget hours, the tool cannot calculate a meaningful usage percentage. It still shows the entered actual hours and cost.
