Add up shifts without losing break time

Each entry has a date, label, start, finish, unpaid break and optional hourly rate. The weekly total adds the net minutes from all entries and shows decimal hours.

The draft is saved in this browser when storage is available. Export a copy before switching devices or clearing browser data. It is a personal record, not a shared approval system.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter a date, start and finish for each work session.
  2. Subtract unpaid break minutes and add a rate if needed.
  3. Check the total and download CSV or print the timesheet.

Example

Five shifts from 09:00 to 17:00, each with a 30 minute unpaid break, total 37.5 work hours. An overnight shift is counted into the following day.

Common questions

Can one date have more than one entry?

Yes. Add separate rows for split shifts or different tasks. Each entry contributes its own net duration.
