Find a useful overlap between working days
The planner checks the next 24 elapsed hours from your selected start, in 30 minute steps. Rows marked All working fall inside the working hours you set for every participant zone.
The tool does not check personal calendars, holidays or weekend schedules. Confirm availability with participants. The calendar download creates a one hour event at the source date and time you enter.
How to use this tool
- Set a source date, time and time zone.
- Add participant zones and choose the working hour range.
- Compare the rows, then set your chosen start before downloading an event.
Example
For a call between London, New York and Kolkata, add all three zones and compare the local times in each row. A time inside one office's day can fall outside another's.
