Make time for tasks before the day fills up
Time blocking turns a task list into a timed plan. Add the task, choose its day and reserve a start and finish. Leave space between blocks for breaks or unfinished work.
The planner flags overlapping entries and keeps an optional local draft. It does not sync with an external calendar or automatically start a timer for each block.
How to use this tool
- Add a task and choose the day.
- Set its start and finish, then review overlap notices.
- Mark finished tasks complete and export the plan when needed.
Example
Reserve 09:00 to 10:00 for writing and 10:15 to 11:00 for email. A second task starting at 09:45 overlaps the writing block and is flagged.
Common questions
Can I keep the plan for another device?
Export the draft as JSON and import that file in the same planner on the other device. Local saving alone does not sync it.
